New Modern Touches
A Fresh Take on Transitional Design in Phoenix, AZ
This partial remodel in Phoenix was all about striking the perfect balance—blending modern touches with the warmth of transitional style. Our clients, a retired couple with two small dogs, wanted a budget-conscious refresh that felt light, bright, and open, while working with some of their existing pieces.
To maximize impact without a full renovation, we kept the original kitchen cabinets but upgraded everything around them—allowing the extra-large wall of windows to flood the space with natural light and complement the darker cabinetry. Throughout the home, we introduced sleek, modern furniture to mix effortlessly with their eclectic collection, creating a space that feels both updated and timeless.
The result? A transitional home with modern elegance, proving that thoughtful design doesn’t require a full gut renovation.
